Al-Kawthar or Al-Kauthar (Arabic: الكوثر, "Abundance") is the 108th and shortest chapter (sūrah) of the Quran. There are several differing opinions as to the timing and contextual background of its supposed revelation (asbāb al-nuzūl). Matthew 28 is the twenty-eighth and final chapter of the Gospel of Matthew in the New Testament. This chapter covers the events around the Resurrection of Jesus and ends with the Great Commission.
