Not sure how you can check the FastDL that comes with xenon - but if you have a remote website host, you have to upload it. Alternitavely you can disable FastDL, although downloads will take longer. Go to garrysmod/cfg on your server, open server.cfg and fine "sv_downloadurl '####'" there, where #### is the URL itself.
